▸ Relish this charming rental located in the Maravilla Condominiums on the west end of the seawall and discover the paradise that is the southern seaside town of Galveston Island, TX.
▸Make yourself at home on the cushy leather couch and watch your favorite movie or sporting event on the perfectly mounted flat screen TV or gaze out the wall of windows on your right at the seashore in all its splendor. Or grab a drink of your choice (with a mini umbrella of course) and enjoy salty breezes and the sound of endless waves sitting on the spacious balcony.
▸Cook your “catch of the day” in our fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has full size stainless appliances including a convection oven equipped with an AIR FRYER and roaster!! We provide cooking supplies dishes, glasses, and utensils.
▸Going out? The Maravilla is conveniently located near many of the Island’s best restaurants. Some are within walking or bicycling distance and others are just a short drive. We provide a list of favorite restaurants and things to do in a binder in the condo.
▸A private bedroom offers ”dark curtains” and a comfortable king size mattress for a refreshing night’s sleep. Also provided is a flat panel TV if you prefer to watch a favorite show before you nod off. There are two more places to enjoy dreamy slumber; one is in the hall with built in twin bunks and one is the queen sofa bed in the den.
▸This unit has several amenities to make you feel at home, such as several USB ports for easy charging of your technology, a Keurig & drip coffee makers with an assortment of coffees, and freshly laundered crisp linens and soft towels.
Things to note:
***The property is beginning to resurface the main pool. The heated pool will remain open and is set at a nice 92 degrees! Project completion date March 1. The area with the main pool will be closed for the duration of the work including the hot tub. Most of our winter guests only use the heated pool but it is never crowded. It is located across the driveway from the main pool so you will not be disturbed by the work. We have also arranged for our guests to have access to the cold pool next door at the Marriott if you prefer a cold pool and also the pools (heated and cold) and hot tub at the Dawn complex only 1 mile down.
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.

1. Construction Notice: Please be aware that there may be occasional daytime noise due to
balcony renovations nearby.
2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us
about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for
two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation.
3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee
of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash.
Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as
cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.
