Beach Escape is in a cozy beach condo located at The Maravilla Condominiums that faces the ocean! Enjoy unobstructed views, salty breezes andrhythmic waves all while sitting in the comfort of your very own balcony. Enjoy amazing sunset views from your kitchen den and balcony!Key Features of our condo:▸ The best vacations include a good night’s sleep! Staying at Beach Escape isno exception! The private bedroom has darkening curtains and a luxuriousking mattress that ensures quality slumber. You may choose tosleep in the snug, tucked away in our cozy bunk beds. If you have an early riser, they may picksleeping on the convenient pull-out Queen sofa bed where they can jumpup and grab coffee in the morning (all linens are provided).▸ Enjoy your first cup of joe while watching the waves on the ocean nearby from your balcony. There is plenty ofseating with 6 chairs and a nice size table for al fresco dining. This ample balcony is also an excellent place to enjoy a tropical drink (with a small umbrella, of course) as you gaze out at your nice ocean view.▸ Beach Escape is equipped with full size stainless appliances, a microwave, and all theutensils and cookware you need to cook your favorite meal, be it a romanticdinner for two or a meal big enough for the whole family to enjoy. Beach Escape condo islocated conveniently close to several grocery stores including a mile from Walmart.▸ Feel like eating out? Beach Escape condo is located near many enticing localrestaurants, from casual dining to exquisite and formal. You will find somethingfor every craving. There is a listing of our favorites in the handy notebookprovided by the owners. Shopping and other attractions are listed as well.▸ Tired of the beach and sand? We have three pools, the grand pool is one of the largest on the island, a kiddie pool with beach entry and a heated pool, a hot tub, and awaterfall (beach towels provided in condo). Or you may decide to use our outdoor bar-be-ques and picnic areas (charcoal for grills not provided.) Sunbathers are welcomed by large lounge chairs bythe pools.▸Ready to relax? Sit and enjoy DishTV or stream your favorites using our Wi-Fi.Beach Escape has many amenities to make you feel right at home! A largebathroom with a tub/shower combo, Keurig and Drip coffee pot, a charmingliving area with sofa with queen sofa bed, armchair, and bar with 4 stools. . Also, there isabundant storage with a pantry, and cabinets in the kitchen and a large closet inthe bedroom. Remember Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

Other Things to Note:

1. Construction Notice:***The property is beginning to resurface the main pool. The heated pool will remain open and is set at a nice 92 degrees! Project completion date March 1. The area with the main pool will be closed for the duration of the work including the hot tub. Most of our winter guests only use the heated pool but it is never crowded. It is located across the driveway from the main pool so you will not be disturbed by the work. We have also arranged for our guests to have access to the cold pool next door at the Marriott if you prefer a cold pool and also the pools (heated and cold) and hot tub at the Dawn complex only 1 mile down. ***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the veryfront. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.

2. Pet Policy:We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 50 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation.

3. Parking Information:Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are not allowed except for Motorcycle Rally weekend. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Sept - April Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers. Please reach out for special rates and stays over 30 days do NOT pay HOT tax of 15%.

5. This one-bedroom condo is 521 square feet. We accept and sleep 6 guests but with all adults it is tight. We recommend this condo for families with children.

65% off LONG TERM STAYS (30 days or more) in Winter (Jan. & Feb.)! Months from Labor Day to Memorial day offer discounts as well. Message us for more info.
