We welcome your approved pet but ask that you abide by the guidelines while staying with us. Please sort properties by Pet Friendly to view properties that accept pets.
Maravilla complex is the most dog friendly complex. There is a gated dog park and a doggie shower for after a day at the beach. Galveston beaches welcome dogs on a leash only. There are designated Pet Relief Area is located on the right side of the entrance driveway at the Maravilla.
There are baggies and trash containers and ALL guests are kindly asked to pick up the POOP!
Homeowner will allow guest to have the described pet or pets and no others in the vacation home upon and subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and the PET addendum.
1. All pets must comply with the following specifications:
a. May not exceed 50 lbs.
b. Must be house broken and any accidents will be immediately cleaned up.
c. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended.
2. Pet will not be left unattended for any length of time, either indoors or out or must be crated if left alone and must not make unacceptable noise when alone. Pets will not be left unattended on the balcony, patio, or porch. All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the condo.
3. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse inside and on the condo property including the Pet Relief Area.
4. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
5. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival.
6. Pets must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be charged to the guest.
7. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
8. Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
9. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the Pool Areas. They are however allowed on beaches if on a leash.
The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.
